Online booking requests

• Submitting a request online does not immediately confirm an appointment.
• The garage will contact you to agree the work, price and date.
• Your booking is confirmed only when you and the garage agree it.
• You pay the garage directly for completed work.
• Contact the garage directly if you need to change or cancel your booking.

Your agreement is with the garage

The contract for MOT, servicing, repairs or other work is between you and D & B Autocare. TMO provides the website and booking platform but does not carry out, recommend or guarantee the garage services.

Prices shown online should be confirmed with the garage before work begins. Extra work will be discussed with you separately.

Please provide accurate details

You must provide correct contact, vehicle and booking information. TMO may cancel a request or restrict website use where information is false, incomplete, misleading or used improperly.

Website information

We aim to keep information useful and current, but cannot promise that the website will always be available, error-free or fully up to date. TMO is not responsible for losses caused by website downtime, technical issues or information supplied by a garage or third party.

Reviews

If you submit a review, you allow TMO to publish it with your name. It may be shortened for clarity, but not changed in a way that misrepresents your views.

Your information

When you request a booking, your contact and vehicle details are shared with the garage so it can respond and provide the service. See our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for more detail.

Liability and law

TMO is not responsible for disputes, services, payments, loss or damage arising between you and the garage. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

These terms are governed by English law. The Motorists Organisation Ltd is registered in England and Wales under company number 08339147 at 1000 Lakeside, North Harbour, Portsmouth, PO6 3EN.
